“Love’s Everlasting Courage,” the Hallmark Channel Original Movie,

“Love’s Everlasting Courage” is the second prequel
inspired by prolific Christian author Janette Oke’s inspirational Love
Comes Softly books, and in particular, Oke’s lead character Clark
Davis. The additional film brings Hallmark Channel’s highly rated and
most successful movie series ever.
Clark Davis (Brown) struggles to maintain his land and support his
family during a long drought. With a bank loan to repay, his wife,
Ellen (Mond), takes a job in town as a seamstress, but soon becomes
ill with scarlet fever and passes away. Devasted to lose his beloved
wife, Clark and his young daughter Missie (Morgan Lily, “2012”) turn
to his parents Irene (Ladd) and Lloyd (Boxleitner) for support. As
Clark struggles mount with the threat of losing his home and the
sudden loss of his wife, he considers sending Missie to live with his
parents. But when Missie runs away after accidentally setting the
house on fire, Clark faces the possibility of losing the person he
loves most.

Love’s Everlasting Courage My
new movie, "Love’s
Everlasting Courage," is
the second prequel to "Love Comes Softly," the highly rated series of
"Loves" movies from Hallmark Channel.
The movie tells the story of Clark's beloved wife, Ellen, who dies from scarlet fever and now he and his daughter, Missy, must find a way to overcome this loss while also saving the barren land from drought. Family and friends become their saving grace.
Meanwhile, Clark's parents, Irene (Ladd) and Lloyd
(Bruce Boxleitner) have arrived for a long stay and both are eager to help Clark and Missy in any way they can. Lloyd had some ideas for how to find water on the property, and ultimately, Irene and Lloyd provide a magnanimous gift of love and generosity to their son and granddaughter.
The movie will premiere on Hallmark Channel in 2011.

I was honored to attend the
8th Annual TVLand Awards to accept the "Pop Culture Award" for
Charlie's Angels. I had such a blast with Jaclyn!
I was also very touched by the great tribute TVLand did on Farrah.

John Forsythe We
have lost another wonderful man. John Forsythe will forever be the
enigmatic voice of Charlie and the strong powerful Blake
Carrington to millions of adoring fans but for me he was so much
more.
In God's good grace we became real friends and neighbors. I am
grateful for the many hours of laughter and fun Brian and I shared
with John and his wonderful loving wife Nicole. What an amazing
life! I can just hear John and Fess up there comparing notes and
having a good talk. They were doing just that in my living room
the last time they were together. Now they are both being held in
the arms of the Angels.
Fess Parker
Fess Parker my dear friend and childhood idol passed
away on
March 18th, 2010. He was 85 years old. I first fell in
love with
Fess in Disney's Davey Crockett films and later in his TV
series
"Daniel Boone." When Brian & I moved to the San Ynez
Valley we
became great friends. Together with Fess and his wife,
Marcella we
shared so many memorable times. Fess was blessed with a
son Eli
and daughter Ashley and had 11 grandchildren! I will miss
his
smile, laughter and wit. Gods speed my dear friend.
In lieu of flowers, The Parker Family suggests a

their

2009 Although
Farrah and I only worked together in those few episodes of
Charlie's Angels and we didn't know each other well, I
can't
tell you how sad I was at her passing. She was a beautiful
talented woman.

performances in
The Burning Bed and Extremities were
extraordinary. I
was so moved by her documentary "Farrah's Story" and I
believe she
gave us all an incredible gift by sharing her painful
journey. She
fought so hard for her life and she reminded us all what a
precious gift life is.

On Monday, November 5, 2007, I
participated in the Callaway Golf Foundation Challenge
Pro-Celebrity Charity GolfTournament and stole the spotlight
when I hit a hole in one!!!!
On the 16th hole, I
stepped up to the tee and knocked my ball into the cup with one
big swing. It was just incredible! I still can't believe it!
The tournament was in
association with the Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF)
which raises awareness and provides important funds to the
promising work of EIF’s cancer Research Programs and
the Callaway Golf Foundation Women’s cancer Initiative.

bobbleheads for the Sioux Falls Canaries Baseball Team from
my home state of South Dakota!
On the evening of July 19, my bobblehead will be given away to
everyone who attends the Canaries game against the
Lincoln Saltdogs. The game begins at 7:05pm!
Due to my schedule, I will not be able to attend the game. But I
would like to thank everyone at the Canaries for letting me be

Hope Luncheon on April 18 in Washington DC with Childhelp
founders and Nobel Peace Prize nominees Sara O'Meara and Yvonne
Fedderson. The luncheon is to focus on new legislation to
better help victims of child abuse and neglect with a focus on
prevention, intervention and treatment.
